I REALLY like Jordin Post and I LOVE how he makes all his presets a bit unique. In today’s video, we’re recreating the Distorted Pluck he used in his track ‘Fade Away’, released on Anjunabeats in 2021. You can listen to the original plucks over here:
Now, to the sound design, this pluck consists mostly of a saw wave with a lot of distortion, which is made along with filters and some other FX. You can make this with any VST, but we’re using Xfer Serum to recreate it. Watch the full tutorial below:
